Project Engineer Job Responsibilities Package owner for the delivery of Site upgrade projects on a Biologics facility Ensure Project Scope compliance with site EHS, Quality requirements and Industry regulatory requirements Coordinate the Projects through the Concept, Design, Scope Definition, Execution and Handover stages. Project Budget generation and tracking. Project Schedule generation and tracking. Clear Communication to key stakeholders through reports and regular meetings Risk management of projects and develop appropriate Contingency plans. Prepare data/reports to communicate outcomes of process engineering activities. Attend meetings and provide prompt response to problems and information needs identified Preparation/Reviewer/Approver of Change Controls. Identification and project management of continuous improvement projects. Work closely with all site functions and other departments to deliver these continuous improvement projects. Education & Key Requirements Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline 4+ years industry experience. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements. Flexible and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to think logically and be proactive.
