Currently, we are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Projects team in West Dublin.What you will doAccountable (Lead) for:Supporting Project Managers with project execution – across various sites globally.Coordinating project deliverables internally across, Engineering, Manufacturing & QA/QC.Chairing meetings – Lessons learned, RAID & site meetings as required.Quality – Reporting and working alongside quality department.Liaising with client and other contractors regarding site queries and requirements.Shared Responsibility for:Procurement Selection as Required.Supplier Relations and Coordination.Continuous Improvement Process Development.Teaching and Learning - Mentor and motivate team members.Checks and Balances to minimize mistakes (Lessons Learned)Other areas of input:TechnicalDesign Input (Minor adjustment to make site works more efficient)How you will do itSupporting Project Managers with day-to-day project coordinationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communicate with general contractor and client team on site regarding program and escalate any issues to the PM.Producing concise accurate reports for management team.Commercial awareness to include ensuring project costs are controlled and as per budget.Ensure the clients are given a high-quality finished product and service.Translating client needs and organizing in practical terms into required timelines to be met by the site team.•Constantly seeking ways to streamline and develop site installation and commissioning with product and service quality as a key driver.Monitoring and accurately recording any delays or issues on site which may have commercial repercussions.What we look forMinimum 3 years' experience in an engineering role in a manufacturing or construction application.Degree qualified in an engineering related discipline.Proficient with the Microsoft suite of applications.Fluent in English both verbal and written.Excellent understanding of customer expectations and deliverables and the desire to produce good quality productsVery well organised with strong attention to detailProactive and Solution-oriented – driven to achieve resultsAbility to work with multiple deadlinesFull driving licence Clean driving license and passportDesirableExperience working in the data centre industry.Ability to read technical drawings including P&IDs and Electrical Diagrams.Ability to build morale among the teams and promote continuous improvement.Experience in working with project management software packages.What We OfferCompetitive CompensationPerks and BenefitsComprehensive benefits (pension matched contribution, health insurance, life assurance, employee assistance program, referral scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, tax saver scheme)Training opportunitiesCollaborative environmentCareer development opportunities#LI-Onsite
