Job DescriptionOur client is a an established specialist in cleanroom construction, HVAC services, heat recovery and carbon emission reduction projects, as well as general mechanical and electrical services.Supported by the wider Project Management and Engineering teams, the Project Engineer will be reporting to the Project Manager and will work on our key projects, assisting in carrying the project through to successful completion.Generating project schedules in conjunction with project teamMonitoring project work progressPreparation of weekly and monthly progress reportsProject engineering submissions and value engineeringProject procurement and materials managementProject build review and interaction with co-contractorsDesigning in 3D using AutoCAD 3D softwareDesigning systems and components that meet needs and requirementsConducting experiments methodically, analysing data and interpreting resultsTest and evaluate theoretical designsProducing outline designsConducting experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret resultsEvaluating final product's overall performance, reliability and safetyAltering and modifying designs to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctionsEnsuring client satisfactionRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be organised and efficient, pay strong attention to detail and be a good communicator.Possess a relevant 3rd level qualification, at level 8 or aboveHave a good level of knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & BIM software systemsHave at least 3 years relevant work experience in a similar roleHave an interest in working within the Construction industryBe comfortable in use of Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate detailed monthly reportsBe conscientious, have excellent attention to detail and an ability to multitaskHave a positive attitude with a passion to learn & succeed, an energetic approach and an ability totake accountabilityThe ability to contribute comfortably as part of a teamWillingness and ability to travel within Ireland (essential)PackageExcellent salary and benefits based on experienceProfessional development opportunitiesFree onsite parkingBonusPension supportBike-to-Work schemeWellbeing programmeCompetitive salaryHands-on training and developmentNo weekend work
