Project Engineer - Pharma

OverviewPM Group's Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) department wish to recruit a Project Engineer to coordinate, oversee and manage medium sized projects on brownfield site based in Co. Wicklow.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with multi-discipline Project Delivery teams.
ResponsibilitiesOn a day to day basis you will be involved in the following activities: Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and vendor contractorsEstablishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensure goals & timelines are achievedExecution of projects via the clients Quality and Management systemsResponsible for projects technical and commercial deliveryDevelop project scope requirementsDevelop & implement appropriate project execution strategyEstablish project resource requirements and lead/motivate the project teamEnsure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligationsDevelop & maintain project budgetsManage development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goalsProvides performance updates/reports views for identification of variances and corrective action.Liaise with Senior management with regular project performance statusQualificationsYou will have the following: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Project Management of capital projects from design through to construction and commissioning.An excellent record in Health & Safety.A third level degree is preferably in Mechanical Engineering or similarWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with a good understanding/experience of project controls & governance through the full project lifecycle.An advanced qualification in Project Management (ideally)
