Project Engineering – Project Lead -Planet Care

Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineering Lead for an exciting opportunity to manage a significant carbon reduction program involving heat pump installation and utilities upgrade.
This role involves working with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver a multi-million Euro project focused on energy and carbon reduction targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects within a regulated environment and a keen interest in developing skills in a live pharmaceutical production setting.Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of heat pump and utilities upgrade projects.Manage procurement and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Communicate project goals, progress, and issues effectively.Support team members in overcoming project challenges.Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality.Key Skills and Requirements:Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.Proficiency in resource and budget management.Familiarity with the latest project management and pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.Leadership skills to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.Knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.Strong communication skills and dedication to project success.
