Job Purpose:
To co-ordinate the work of the IFS Department, provide administrative support to the Global Head of Division and Department Managers, and undertake a diverse portfolio of activities that support the Global Team in the delivery of investments from the sector. The IFS Division works with some of the largest and most interesting international financial services companies in the world, helping these companies to expand and develop their operations in Ireland and targeting the next wave of companies in the sector. Key clients include companies such as Citi, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, State Street, PayPal, and Stripe.
Key Tasks: Provide a high-quality and efficient administrative service to the IFS Team, including managing incoming phone and email, invoices, event logistics, and team meetings.Support the Divisional Management Team on diary management.Update the Customer Relationship Management System and produce a weekly report on progress toward targets for the Management Team.Work with Project Executives and Divisional Management to gather key metrics and data related to organizational performance.Assist the Division with day-to-day administration such as meeting coordination and drafting letters of support for IDA clients requesting visas and green cards.Help prepare high-quality presentations and other marketing material.Ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.Ensure dignity, respect, and equality are applied throughout the organization and support work-life balance.Uphold IDA's values of People, Professionalism, Passion for Performance, and Public Service at all times.Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks and manage good communications with colleagues across time zones and cultures.Key Competencies Required: Client Focused Relationship BuildingNegotiating and InfluencingCommunications & Personal EffectivenessCreativity & InnovationProject ManagementKnowledge Of The BusinessAdditional Requirements: A third-level qualification, or currently working towards a higher education qualification is desirable.In-depth knowledge of MS Office.Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and on own initiative.Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities that may arise in IDA's offices in Ireland and Overseas.Salary Scale: €26,304 to €44,029 per annum contributory superannuation.
Rising by long service increments to €45,326 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range).
