Project Executive

Our client, a large multinational based in Dublin West, requires candidates for an Executive role. This is a permanent role to assist the Energy Services Team. People who show ability can take on more responsibility.

Duties: Managing and engaging with Stakeholders.Representing the company at various forums.Developing and managing new projects.Supporting the Sales team with energy services campaigns and any other material.Draft and review contracts as needed.Managing the Quality Management System which includes documentation for both internal and external audits.Be the point of contact with third parties as required.Projects and adhoc requests as may be required from time to time.Experience: Previous experience working in an Executive position.BA in Business or similar.Experience of dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience working with Salesforce is a plus.Proven ability to organise and prioritise work assignments.Full clean driver's license is a bonus.Be a team player, showing flexibility in your approach.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Powerpoint).If this Executive Job sounds like you, call Emma NOW for full details on 01 8456302.
