Key Responsibilities Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation.Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to ensure successful project delivery.Leverage Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through interactions with the customer.Develop strategies to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions.Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products.Provide coaching and mentoring of team members on project management and customer enablement.Continue to develop Domain and Product expertise to guide customers on best practices.Identify specialty areas to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).Propose, lead, support and execute internal initiatives that benefit the broader team.Support senior management, sales, and solution engineers on Business Development activities.Required Experience/Skills Maintains a high-quality level of work including attention to detail and accuracy.Maintain a Customer First mindset in all undertakings.Proactively communicate with all stakeholders on project-related aspects.Ability to lead or follow as the situation mandates.Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise environment.Preferred Experience/Skills Effective skills in persuasion and influence.Experience in the GRC domain.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Understanding of business processes and the ability to solve business problems.Demonstrate effective project management practices.What Diligent Offers You Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
