We wish to recruit a Project Management Office Administrator to assist our PMO Manager in various tasks, including processing project progress data, reporting on schedule activities, drafting variations and overall project progress.
The successful candidate for this role will join our team on the south side of Dublin. The role is to efficiently help the PMO Manager in everyday tasks, such as assistance in project progress data processing, and reporting activities on schedule & overall project progress. It requires diligence, attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. It is a role that offers excellent opportunities to expand on project administration.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssistance in reporting activities such as overall project progress, and recording project costs like timesheets, purchases and expenses.Creating and updating reports on project status.Drafting and formatting associated documents.Entering data accurately onto systems.Ensuring all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience working in a project administration role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office.Excellent time-management, prioritisation, and organisation skills.The ability to work on your own initiative.Strong attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information.Strong record-keeping skills.Training & Personal GrowthCompany Sponsorship of relevant training (all business/company relevant courses in a related discipline are encouraged).GAMP & GDP (Good Documentation Practice) training will be provided.Project Control Documentation training will be provided.Manual Handling, Health & Safety Training.Reports ToPMO Manager
Remuneration & ConditionsPermanent Full-time role.Salary dependent on experience.The initial training period may require full-time attendance in the office, in agreement with your line manager.21 days annual leave.Laptop.Annual bonus paid at Christmas time based on performance and effort throughout the year.After successful probation you can avail of the company benefit scheme including health insurance and pension contributions.Access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
