We are currently looking for an Ecosystem Product Success Manager to join our Product Growth team. You will be working alongside some of the worlds leading organizations sustainability services firms to help them adopt and deliver value to their clients using IBM Envizi.
Your Role and Responsibilities Be an owner: Own the lifecycle of partner development, from opportunity origination, solution discovery, mobilization and ongoing partner success.Know the partners: Your value lies in knowing the partner, the customer and market.An Enabler: Enable partners to succeed and become self-sufficient with client implementations.Drive Demand: Work closely with sales, product and marketing to drive demand within our Ecosystem of partners for IBM Envizi's products and solutions.Advisors: You will act as a solution consultant, advising partners of solution fit, running discovery workshops, developing enabling plans and acting as a key advisor during their adoption and growth of IBM Envizi. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Prior experience working with Business Partners in Sustainability/Enterprise SaaS domainExperience working in cloud-based data management solutions, ESG reporting frameworks – voluntary and mandatory disclosures and GHG Emissions Management domain knowledge (e.g CDP, ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, GRI).Strong Relationship SkillsExecutive presentation skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams both internally and externally to drive breakthrough innovation Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise 4-6 years of experienceProduct management experienceSoftware implementation experienceSustainability market knowledge, including a working understanding of GHG emissions accounting standards and ESG disclosure frameworks.Data Driven and analyticalStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong program management experienceAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agile marketing environment
