Job DescriptionOur client is a multi-disciplined Utilities and Civil Engineering Contractor working with Local Authorities, Irish Water, Group Water Schemes, Local & County Councils.A Project Manager is required for a civil project based in Ennis and will work closely with the project teams to bring projects to completion, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard and within timelinesManage and oversee all construction activities on the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project progression.Develop and implement effective construction plans, strategies, and methodologies to achieve project objectives within the designated timeline.Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes throughout the construction process.Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and motivation.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any construction issues, ensuring quality control and timely resolution of conflicts.Prepare progress reports, construction documentation, and other project-related reports for stakeholders and management.Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcomes.RequirementsQualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably on public realm projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficient in using construction management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Package€60K-€75K Competitive salaries with van / fuel cardFull time permanent staff role with great career prospects
