Dublin, Leinster (Hybrid) €75-80k + Transport + Package Our client is a Tier-1 construction company who undertake large new build commercial & residential projects to the value of €300m.
Currently require a Project Manager with 3+ years' construction management experience.
Duties: Working with an experienced development team on projects from procurement, construction, maintenance completion and handover;Working with all parties to ensure delivery of objectives: the safe completion of high-quality sustainable projects on timeand at all times respecting the environment and the local community;Reporting on adherence to project objectives;Attendance at construction progress meetings.Personal Profile 3+ years' experience in a project management/construction management role;Pro-active with strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project planning and project collaboration software.To register your interest, please send CV to ****** or call 01-632-1200 to discuss.
