Job DescriptionOur client is a professional services company specialising in Project Management, Commercial Management, Property Assessment, Asset Management and Consulting across the Construction, Infrastructure and Property Sectors.They are seeking a project manager to join the office team in Charleville Cork - Experience and exposure within sectors including residential/retail/office and mixed-use developments is advantageousManaging projects from concept to completionAct as a key decision maker and point of contact on large scale developmentsAct as the key day to day client interfaceInvolved with project design reviews and inputMaintaining compliance with safety, environmental and qualityPreparation of technical documentationRequirements5+ years relevant experience in a professional environmentDegree qualified in Project Management / Construction / Engineering /Quantity Surveying with 5+ years experience working with Consulting Project Management companies on Building projectsGood oral and written communications skillsBCAR knowledgeBuilding, Housing and Fire Services act knowledgeCapable of presenting themselves and the company in a professional manner to client and potential clientsFluent in English with previous UK/Irish experienceFull driving License requiredPackage€50K-€60K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.Permanent staff role with an excellent career path with 3 days per travel to clients sites8.30-5.30 Monday - Friday - Company benefits
