Project Manager - Developer Compliance Operations As the Enforcement Governance & Recovery team, a part of the Developer Compliance Operation at Meta, our mission is to identify, analyze, and quantify emerging risks and recurring trends to mitigate risk and reduce operational burden. We support the broader goal of protecting Meta user data by enforcing developer compliance and ensuring the safety and success of the platform's ecosystem. Our team provides subject matter expertise and governance for five core capabilities:

As a member of the Enforcement Governance & Recovery team, you will have the chance to:

Project Manager - Developer Compliance Operations ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Analyzing data to identify emerging risks and recurring trends, and measuring trends in an ambiguous environment.Process Improvement: Improving complex systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, and applying concepts, theories, or methods to solve problem states that align with team-level goals.Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging stakeholders to support initiatives, building productive working relationships to resolve mutual problems, and communicating effectively with XFNs.Workflow Management: Partnering with Workflow/Functional Leads and Safeguard Owners to efficiently and effectively manage their workflows, and driving accountability and accuracy of enforcement decisions.Risk Assessment: Assessing changing business priorities and aligning XFNs to focus on the most important work, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure compliance and reduce friction.Storytelling with Data: Using data to tell compelling stories, influencing decision-making and driving action across the organization.Project Management: Managing projects and initiatives to improve core capabilities (Appeals, Quality, Vendor Enablement, Support, Data Anomaly detection).Collaboration: Collaborating with XFNs to develop and implement solutions that address emerging risks and recurring trends.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and maintaining accurate records and reports.Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of processes and systems, and making recommendations for improvements.Minimum QualificationsProcess Improvement: 2+ years of experience in process improvement, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Project Management: Experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, and delivery.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell stories with data and adjust communication style or approach based on requests from the audience.Stakeholder Management: 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with XFNs.Preferred QualificationsData Analysis: Experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization techniques.Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and company policies related to developer compliance and platform ecosystem safety.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).Six Sigma or similar.LocationsData Center
