Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is vital in driving the success of our projects and achieving our business objectives.
Role:The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams and ensuring all project goals are met. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and oversee all aspects of the projects.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Project Monitoring and Control: Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page. Manage stakeholder expectations and handle any issues or concerns promptly. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary. Ensure risk management processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and schedule management. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyse project performance and make data-driven decisions. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex project information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
