In this role, you will devise & implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our business. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will bring business acumen, as well as superb communication & systems/digital fluency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effectively manage relationships within & outside the organization, & demonstrate accountability & influence to drive business success in their area.
DescriptionSuccessfully lead cross-functional process & systems implementations, including re-engineering supply chain processes.
Lead the analysis & recommendations for new processes & technology requirements, aligned with strategic direction.Understand business needs, & provide innovative & creative approaches to tackle challenges.Influence & build consensus among stakeholders on approaches, priorities, & solutions.Deliver clear, well-structured presentations to provide updates, & drive alignment cross functionally & globally.Minimum QualificationsPassionate about process optimisation & improvement, with a track record of delivering innovation.Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation ability at all levels.Strong analytical & problem solving mindset.Experience of large scale/Global project involvement, either as a project manager or key business lead – including implementation, process mapping, technical documentation, test planning & UAT.Ability to navigate key systems, tools & emerging technologies to maximize speed & efficiency of solutions delivered.Ability to think strategically & broadly.Experience in ERP systems, B2B and supply chain technologies.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics & /or Engineering preferred.
