Oradeo Recruitment is presently looking for an experienced Project Manager with residential housing and/or Social and Affordable Housing experience. The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience within low density residential developments with experience managing projects from tender stage through construction and handover. Within this role you will be providing leadership to the project construction team and ensuring works are carried out to the required quality, Health & Safety and environmental standards and in full compliance with Planning Permission.
Project Manager Responsibilities Typically, the Project Manager (Residential/Property Development experience) will be expected to undertake the following duties:
Project Management of large-scale residential properties Responsible for the project from tender stage through to construction and handover Provide leadership to the project construction team to ensure works are carried out to the required quality, Health & Safety and environmental standards and in full compliance with the Planning Permission Management of the contract budget Leading site management and engineering team Leading the procurement strategy for all suppliers' subcontractors and vendors Necessary Requirements: Degree/Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent is preferred Ideally the Project Manager will possess 10+ years' post-qualification experience with a recognised residential developer/main contractor Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and BCAR and modern construction tech including modular and off-site construction.
