Project: 72 Apartments with Ground Floor Retail Units
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the construction of a mixed-use development comprising 72 modern apartments and retail units on the ground floor in North Dublin City. This is a prime opportunity for a driven professional to lead a high-profile project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a mixed-use development, including 72 apartments and retail units, ensuring timely and successful completion.Coordinate all phases of construction, from site setup and groundwork through to final handover.Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the project is delivered within agreed-upon schedules and financial targets.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment in line with project specifications and requirements.Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution.Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in residential and commercial/retail developments.Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.Comprehensive understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety standards, and compliance.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Experience in stakeholder management, including client and contractor relationships.Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Full driving license and flexibility to work on-site in North Dublin City.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to manage a high-profile development in a prime North Dublin City location.A supportive and professional working environment with career progression opportunities.Ongoing professional development and training.If you're an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, we'd love to hear from you.
