Day to day:Instrumental role in the Project and Contracts Management of the Site.
Essential Criteria: Degree educated and 5+ years Project / Contracts Management.
Technical and practical knowledge of the Irish Building Industry / BCAR.
Strong experience working on large scale residential projects.
Self-motivated hard working with strong team building skills.
Analytical and decision-making skills.
Health and Safety Site Management Training.
