Taking overall responsibility for delivery of projects
Our client, a top Building Contractor, requires Project/Contract Managers to manage commercial building projects in Dublin City.
There are several projects ranging from €70-240m.
The position will pay the market rates and comes with an expensed vehicle.
Responsibilities: Taking overall responsibility for delivery of projectsAdvising on staff requirementsIn conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmesEnsuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standardsIn conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimisedMaintain good client and design team relationsAttend client/design team meetingsPrepare monthly reports for Project Review meetingsIn conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the projectThe successful candidate will have: Project Management experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UKExperience managing projects from start to completionExperience working for a main contractor ideally on large scale projectsThe right to work in the EUPlease apply with your CV below or contact Bobby on 087-916 0169.
