Overview:
Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about efficiently managing projects to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat revenue growth?
The Project Manager is the primary interface for our customers, managing a variety of projects with different levels of complexity.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle shifting priorities quickly, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
They will ensure project teams understand the scope, complexity, and expectations, while keeping clients informed of progress and financial status.
Projects may range from a few days to several months, with some requiring travel.
The Project Manager will collaborate with the extended project team, clearly delegating tasks and escalating resource or quality issues to departmental managers and the Sr. Project Manager as needed.
