Project Manager

We are recruiting a Project Manager for a new role based in Dublin .Site Management of projects, in compliance with company policies and procedures.Coordinate construction of projects to meet programme and to ensure handover of project / any phased handover, on timeManage and direct site staff, PCL direct personnel and all subcontractorsMonitor construction, with regards to quality of workmanship and materials.Coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Services Coordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practiceCheck and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to the Design Team in a timely manner.The CandidateYou will have a minimum of 10years in a similar role in commercial construction.You will be degree qualified in a construction / engineering discipline or have a qualified trades background.You will be highly organised and capable of managing people and daily activities.What can Purcell offer you?The opportunity to work on a wide and diverse range of construction projects, with a great team of focused and like minded colleagues.
