About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 12
Project Manager Responsibilities & Impact: This role involves managing large product implementations that involve a high degree of product development effort and customization.
Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget.Project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.Ability to engage competently with clients at all levels of the organization, through to CxO level.P&L responsibility for the project.Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales, and team development initiatives within the team.Basic Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree & 7+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in the financial services domain OR equivalent experience.3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post-trade automation business domain OR similar experience.Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex multi-million dollar projects within the financial services industry.Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills that can be applied across organizational levels.Good business knowledge in the post-trade automation space.Excellent client-facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship-building skills.Good commercial awareness and governance.Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.Additional Preferred Qualifications: Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.10+ years of experience in program/project management experience in financial services/solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience.Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent).Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities.
