Project Manager

Allianz Partners Health's (AP Health) focus is on addressing the health and wellbeing protection needs of clients worldwide, through the delivery of straightforward, innovative solutions that make each client feel understood, confident and valued.
In this varied role, you will support the Regional Head of Operations in delivery of strategic initiatives, managing projects and building frameworks to support new Health Insurance and TPA (Third Party Administrator) business, and evolving our AP Health strategy. The position requires close collaboration across AP Health teams, and with external entities and clients.

What you will do Support the Regional Head of Operations in strategic initiatives, including optimising the integration of Health teams into a Global Operating ModelAssess, scope and prepare business cases for key projects and opportunitiesImplement a governance framework for business reviews and engagementLead or assist in the project management of global and regional initiativesAnalyse and monitor the performance and effectiveness of new and existing services provided by AP HealthPrepare reviews for key stakeholders and clients on initiatives and operational performanceWhat you need 5 years' experience managing strategic or improvement projectsUnderstanding of Operations functions and processes (Front Office, Back Office, Support)Proven ability to implement, analyse and improve operational processesProject management methodology and qualification desirableStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in analysing Operational dataThis role will be part of a Global Operations team, reporting to the Regional Head of Operations (Europe and Americas).
