Established in 1996, the company supports some of the world's largest multinational manufacturers across the microelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device industries.Job PurposeThe Project Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed in this controlled and regulated environment.
Overseeing operations at both our location and our customer site location.Specific training will be provided in line with site specific requirements.ResponsibilitiesPlan, allocate and manage resources using standard work principles, ensuring short term and long-term targets are met on time and within the desired timeframe of the customer scope.Identifying and co-implementing efficiencies in the department.
Continual review and update of current procedures and aligning on new opportunity.Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture.Be a role model of company ethos and culture and reinforcing as appropriate.Lead employees and ensure performance of tasks in accordance with company and customer protocol.Lead new hire training based off company on-boarding and training programmes.
Continual review of individual team member performance and behaviours.Oversee the supply of cleanroom garments and consumables on customer site.Ensure team are always in compliance with site safety policy and are trained as required.Lead specific projects and act as primary POC between team and customers.
Engaging with key customers and providing project updates to both management and customers in a timely and effect manner.Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Act as the primary onsite point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Listen to team members feedback and assist with resolving any issues or conflicts.Skills & ExperiencePeople leadership experience coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to use own initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.Accuracy, strong attention to detail and results driven.Proficient in Microsoft office.
