Circet Ireland are looking for a Project Manager to join an ongoing fibre build project in ROI.
The successful candidate must be experienced in project planning, collaboration and coordination with build teams.
Responsible for setting deadlines, engaging with teams in various departments, and monitoring every stage of project progress.
Skilled in tracking progress, summarizing results, and communicating with management, clients, and other stakeholders.
A successful Project Manager will need to possess client management capabilities and be focused on delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
Experience in interdepartmental collaboration and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Knowledge of industry best practices and processes is also expected.
Responsibilities as Project Manager include: * Drive and manage a project that delivers the objectives required to meet or exceed KPI targets.
* Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders * Provide direction to the project team * Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works throughout the project.
* Manage productivity, assign roles, delegate tasks and responsibilities required for the successful completion of the project work in accordance with planning, specifications and requirements.
* Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure execution of required deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations * Measure project progress and relay performance to senior management * Take ownership of the commercial aspects of the contract / project and ensure the project does not go into financial breach.
* Execute other role duties as assigned * Identify ways to reduce costs and improve performance Health & Safety Obligations * Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures.
* Ensure that the programmes for the contracts are successfully delivered in a Safe, Quality and On Time Manner.
* Ensure that a 'Right First Time' culture is adopted and developed throughout the business.
* Drive compliance to any regulatory measures that may apply to the works and operations that Circet undertake.
* Ensure that all contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure.
* Sponsor new ways of working which would improve delivery and service then support any activities being undertaken to implement change.
Skills & Experience required: * Minimum of five years of experience in project management * Proven track record of successful project management * Sound knowledge of all HSEQ regulations.
* Excellent quality analysis and control * Strong technical background in the telecoms/electrical industry * Good communication, people management and leadership skills.
* Multi-tasking capability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously * Documentation and reporting abilities
