Project Manager - New Build

Role Overview: Our Clients are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the development of new build apartment projects from inception through to completion.
This role requires a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on quantity surveying expertise to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting both financial and construction targets.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for new build apartment developments.
* Conduct detailed cost planning, budget management, and financial forecasting.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
* Oversee tendering processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, specifically with new build apartment projects.
* Strong Quantity Surveying skills with a solid understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Professional qualifications in Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, PMP) are highly desirable.
