Project Manager Position Summary:
Dublin based Bio Pharmaceutical client require a Project Manager.
The role of the NPI Manager involves program management for the Technology Transfer and introduction of new products across various sites.
Collaborating with multiple departments, this role ensures successful project execution from planning to delivery phases.
Principal Responsibilities: Planning and executing multi-discipline Tech Transfer projectsPreparing project charters and cost estimatesTracking project deliverables and reporting on statusManaging decision logs and risk registersLeading project teams through all phasesDeveloping project controls and communication plansProviding project management support for NPI/Technology TransferOrganizing and facilitating project meetingsEnsuring appropriate resource allocation and cost managementSupporting continuous improvement of TT practicesExperience in Smart Sheet for tracking milestonesExperience / Qualification: Demonstrated leadership in biopharmaceutical manufacturingExperience in new product introduction projectsStrong track record in global and matrix environmentsAbility to establish strong partnershipsOrganizational, problem-solving, and leadership skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsTeam player with multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of regulatory requirements and operational excellenceEducational background in science, business, or engineering
