What you will do Johnson Controls are a leading provider of equipment, controls and services for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and security systems!
The UK&I Service team has a turnover of $60m and delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC, chillers, industrial refrigeration, controls and mechanical & electrical works.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and documentation to testing and final delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving large tonnage chillers and bespoke air handling units.
Your ability to handle complex, multi-faceted projects and maintain strong customer relationships will be key to your success.

How you will do it Liaise between the company and customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Manage project documentation, including planning, submittals, and testing protocols.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
Promote high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
What we look for Excellent levels of communication, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Must be eligible to work within all EU countries.
Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills with a strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work within strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
HVAC experience within refrigeration and air handling units is desirable.
Proficient use of all MS Office package.
