Meath €92k ++ Comprehensive Benefits Package A well-established Construction Company based in North Dublin is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to lead and oversee their large scale Residential Project in Navan, Co. Meath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a proven record of managing projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCollaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop detailed project plans and specificationsMonitor project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project deliveryLead and direct on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are metConduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues and ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulationsPrepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessmentsNegotiate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with subcontractors and suppliersMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsKey Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in residential construction project managementStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBenefits & Package: Competitive salary up of Circa €92k per annum based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, and performance based bonusesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environment
