Project Manager - West Dublin

Responsibilities :Oversee and manage all aspects of the residential development project from inception to completion.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential projects.Excellent understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and safety regulations.Full working rights in Ireland are mandatory for this role.Benefits:Competitive salary of up to €120,000 per year.Comprehensive healthcare package.Annual performance bonus of up to 10%.Expensed vehicle.
