You'll play a key role in scheduling site visits, travel arrangements, and keeping our Field Service Specialists on track.
This position is all about clear communication, keeping databases organized, and hitting deadlines.
You'll work alongside a talented international team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

DAY TO DAY Planning and scheduling of site walks and technical site walks and other in-field activities Organizing travel activities for the Field Service Specialists Liaising with other teams, landlords and third parties on the phone and via mail Site Visits Being responsible for travel spending of different teams Providing excellent attention to detail whilst working to deadlines Maintaining multiple databases and ensuring they're continuously organised Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent spoken and written German language skills Basic spoken and written English language skills Data entry, quality control or contract experience Enthusiastic with a desire to learn Excellent attention to detail and time management skills The ability to work independently while also being a team player Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word We know that you may not meet all of the above listed requirements, but if you come to us with the right level of commitment and enthusiasm for the job, we can achieve a lot together.
