Project Procurement Manager [Roi]

We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Procurement Manager to join our team and lead the procurement function for a significant infrastructure project in Dublin. We are seeking applications from a seasoned procurement leader with a strong background in high-value project management, supply chain optimisation, and vendor relations.
You will play a key role in aligning procurement strategies with project goals to ensure efficient resource allocation, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of all materials and services.
Responsibilities:Lead the creation of a comprehensive procurement strategy tailored to the project's goals, timelines, and budget, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and contractual requirements.Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers; negotiate terms and secure agreements to ensure the best value and quality.Oversee contract negotiation, execution, and administration, ensuring compliance with all terms and facilitating resolution of any issues that arise.Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards, leveraging purchasing power, and ensuring risk mitigation.Work closely with design, engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project milestones and deliverables.Monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and provide recommendations for process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within large-scale infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement software.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach and a strong focus on continuous improvement.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Involvement in high-profile and impactful projects.Supportive and inclusive work environment.Career progression opportunities within the company.Apply now
