Key tasks: KPI review of figures being processed, daily, weekly, monthlyReceive materials and plant requisitions from project teams, review for accuracy for correct project, sub-project, and Work Breakdown, and send to Procurement (this enables to build understanding of Line Items required)Monitor and maintain orders in relation to bulk materials weeklyEstablish the site process for collection and processing of GRNs e.g., Identify persons accountable for collection of GRN through the GRN App and manage their compliance with this activityEnsure full compliance of documentation between the GRN App and MSD 365Problem solve missing GRNs highlighting the areas of non-compliance. Liaise with accounts payable, procurement, and commercial to problem solve e.g., Delivery notes not received, Quantities not in line with orders, buying and delivery of goods to siteProduce Open PO Report for site reviewMaintenance and housekeeping of projects; GRN reversal, orders, and project closure.Other tasks to benefit the sites as the role progresses, determined by capacity and type of tasks.Experience required: At least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a project support role within the Construction IndustryWhat Murphy Offers In Return: Competitive salary and benefitsDiscretionary annual bonus and annual salary reviewAbove market rate contributory pension scheme available from day one27 days annual leave per annum.Generous Private Healthcare AllowanceDedicated and continued investment in your professional development.Other Murphy benefits include retail discounts, cycle to work scheme, etc.Murphy is unable to employ anyone who does not have the legal right to live and work in Ireland.
