They currently have a vacancy for a Legal Secretary to provide support to Solicitors in the Commercial Property Department. The role is based 4 days in office and 1 day WFH.
Salary: to €45K Benefits: Pension, Discounted Healthcare, Career Progression, 5.00pm Finish The Role: Save and store documents electronically on the firm's practice management system.Formatting legal documents.Filing, invoicing, and general admin support.Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents including use of the Property Registration Authority website.Requisitions on Title.Scheduling title documents.Preparing Contract for Sale.Preparing closing documentation i.e. Family Home and Section 72 Declarations.Preparation of Bibles of Security/Title documents.Data Room Management (HighQ).Reception cover occasionally.Overflow secretarial work.The Candidate: The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years legal secretary experience, ideally in Commercial Property.Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.Excellent attention to detail.Very strong IT and systems capability.Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple activities at one time.Strong people skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues.Ability to use their own initiative and manage time efficiently.If this Property Legal Secretary sounds like you, call Orla on 01 8456312 for details.
