Property Legal Secretary Cork City Centre Profile We are looking to add an experienced full-time Legal Secretary to our growing Property team and invite driven and qualified candidates to apply. About the role This role will support the New Housing Dept within our Property team, responsibilities will involve providing full general secretarial support including but not limited to:

Opening, closing and maintaining client files Populating transaction documentation ensuring all required contract documentation is drafted and on the file from the get go Allocating funds to relevant matters - deposit monies, HTB funds, Affordable Loan monies, closing balances and service charge monies Invoicing and transferring funds to client and managing agents Preparation and delivery of completion statements Digital audio typing General secretarial support Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the team Travel to the Dublin office will be required to meet the Dublin team Background and experience Full training will be provided but ideally applicants would have a minimum level of experience working in the area of Property and New Housing Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment Key skills required Excellent attention to detail Strong IT and systems capability Strong people skills and the ability to work collaboratively Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple activities at one time Ability to work on own initiative and manage time efficiently
