About the Role: We are looking for a skilled General Maintenance professional proficient in a variety of tasks.
You will perform maintenance tasks ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve: - Carpentry, plastering, tiling, and masonry repairs and installations - General maintenance tasks like painting and plasterboard repair - Bathroom repair expertise - Plumbing and electrical tasks - Using service management software like Servicem8 - Working independently and as part of a team - Adhering to strict safety protocols Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years in a similar role - Strong skills in carpentry, plastering, tiling, and masonry - Experience in bathroom repair and remodeling - Proficiency with service management software (e.g., Servicem8) - Full driving license and Safe Pass (or willingness to obtain one) - Minimum of 2 years with your current company and recent property maintenance experience - Own hand and power tools Benefits: - Competitive starting rate of €20 per hour (with review after the probation period) - Regular work hours from 07:30 to 16:00, with a 3 PM finish on Fridays - Company van provided after 3 months - Reimbursement for mileage and tolls - Company phone for work-related communication If you have a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, and you're ready to contribute to maintaining the high standards of service and quality we are known for, we would love to hear from you!
