They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join their expanding team of property professionals.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in property management.
Licenses: You hold a valid C & D PSRA Licence.
Compliance Expertise: You have a strong understanding of OMC compliance, Company Law, and the Multi-Unit Development Act.
Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act is essential.
Communication Skills: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
Transportation: A full, clean driving license and your own vehicle for business use are required.
Software Skills: Experience with Acquaint and/or Blockman systems is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities: System Management: Develop and maintain efficient property management systems.
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee key allocations and manage all maintenance requests.
Financial Management: Handle service charge calculations, collections, and arrears management.
Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Service Procurement: Source and manage all service providers.
Contractor Management: Instruct and supervise contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
Property Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to ensure property standards are maintained.
Safety & Utilities: Monitor and manage fire safety systems and utilities.
Third-Party Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for banks, utility companies, and other third-party firms.
Office Management: Oversee head lease provisions, document filing, general administration, and database management.
Meeting Facilitation: Prepare and chair AGMs, EGMs, and periodic director meetings, both in-person and online.
Tenant Management: Handle tenant selection, lease negotiations, tenancy registration, and represent clients at dispute hearings.
Legislative Compliance: Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage your property management team to ensure high performance.
