Property Manager

Principal Duties: Establish strong stakeholder relationships with property companies. Manage agreements for upgrades and renewals on existing sites. Carry out feasibility studies and address potential problems before escalation. Understand and interpret agreements with landlords and associated paperwork. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property operations, maintenance activities, tenant communications, and financial transactions. Conduct review meetings with stakeholders and manage future properties. Negotiate renewal of site agreements to future-proof our strategy. Work within annual budgets. Advise on health and safety aspects of building management and construction. Advise on environmental impact, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Advise on contractors and organize documents for tender. Manage any insurance assessments. Ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee maintenance and facilities management. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to property operations and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risk exposure. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required (Mandatory): Over three years' experience in the property industry; experienced applicants should have a qualification (preferably degree level) in Estate Management, Property Economics, or equivalent. Other relevant experience will be considered. Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team. Self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude, able to work under pressure. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competence in Microsoft Office suite. Full clean driving license is essential. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the country as necessary. Garda Vetting Required.
