ProSource are seeking an assistant Resident Engineer for an on-site role on behalf of their client, who are a global industry-leading Civil and Structural consultancy, based in Galway.
*€45,000 - €50,000* Requirements Third level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
3 years postgraduate experience in an Irish engineering consultancy.
Chartered Status with Engineers Ireland or close to applying for chartership.
A sound understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focus, ability to apply engineering principles and codes of practice to solve technical problems.
Bridges experience preferred but experience in a structures background (Masonry) and a mixture of design & site experience is also desirable.
Experience in structural inspections advantageous Fluent English essential Full clean Irish drivers licence Responsibilities Assisting the resident engineer with day to day site activities Carrying out work in accordance with company ISO procedures and Eurocodes standards.
Working on a number of various projects ranging in size and value from beginning to completion.
