Servisource is actively seeking staff-grade Clinical/Educational Psychologists to join our dynamic team. While you will be contributing to the Autism Assessment Centre's crucial work, you will be employed by Servisource.
About the role: We are looking for both full-time and part-time Clinical/Educational Psychologists to join our team Work as part of an organised multidisciplinary team to offer the highest quality assessments and consultations to families and their children Review all the documents on the client file to fully establish the appropriate assessment/s to be completed as part of AON Provide a variety of psychological assessments (ADOS, ADI-R, Psychological/Cognitive, School or home observations) to children and young people (3-17 years) Offer full-scale reports to relevant professionals and clients as well as liaising with schools and other required agencies Within a multidisciplinary team, compile the evidence acquired to arrive at a differential diagnosis Offer feedback to families following the assessment to further explain the diagnosis Complete onward referrals as necessary with GPs and other MDT services as required Take part in the quality assurance of reports by having an active role in the presentation of results and feedback process with families Requirements: Postgraduate degree in Educational or Clinical Psychology as recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland If qualified outside of the Republic of Ireland, qualifications must be validated by the Department of Health Children's First Training (HSE Certificate) PSI registration Minimum of 1 year post graduate qualification experience Relevant experience in administering diagnostic assessments in the area of ASD Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2 Training (desirable) Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised Training(desirable) Work Hours and Location: Flexible working hours and days Hybrid working arrangements available Servisource currently have clinics in Cork, Dublin, Galway and Dundalk We are always expanding our services and opening new clinics; therefore, we are welcoming applications from all over Ireland Salary Information: Salary extremely competitive that aims to surpass the HSE's (2024) salary scales for a Staff Grade Psychologist €58,973 - € 100,961 Travel and any other work-related expenses are covered KPI bonus structure Benefits: 23 days Annual Leave Birthday Leave Additional annual leave can be purchased Fully paid ADI-R and ADOS training provided (terms and conditions apply) Continuous professional development Statutory family paid leave Statutory Sick Pay Access to learning & development programmes Optional health and pension scheme Bike to work scheme Business Expenses & Mileage Allowance Payments Employee Assistance Programme Servisource monthly discounts Save with Savvi Credit Union Banking at Work Company events and much more
