Pt Time Legal Executive – D8

We are recruiting a Part-time Legal Secretary for the Dublin 8 area.
2 days per week will be required, with the possibility of moving up to 3 days (not necessary).
Days ideally Tuesday and Thursday.
We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive with a minimum of 4-5 years previous experience in the areas of defense litigation, probate, and conveyancing.
Duties will be varied and will include: Case preparation and management - Putting together briefs to prepare for court, making sure all relevant documents are appropriately filed and accessible.Draft and review correspondence to clients, courts, and other relevant parties.Legal research.Client liaison - Communicate with clients regarding case status, updates, and necessary information.Attend client meetings with Solicitor as needed and assist in gathering relevant client materials.Court assistance - Prepare court documents for filing.Administrative duties - Maintain and organize legal files and case management databases.Coordinate meetings and appointments for the legal team.Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client information.Requirements: A legal qualification would be advantageous.Minimum 4 years previous relevant experience.Good typing and organizational skills.Salary: €40k pro rata.
