Procurement for major capital projects and programmes includes:- Implement procurement and contracting strategies to drive value and mitigate risk; Develop tender and contract documentationEffectively managing the end-to-end procurement process including coordinating tender clarifications responses, evaluating tender submissions, and developing tender reports.

The duties of this role include: Experience working with EU Procurement Directives and other relevant EU directivesProviding procurement?support to public and private sector clients; Drafting tender documents (PQQ, ITT/ITN); Administering the tender process including co-ordinating meetings and clarification responses; and Proactively working with the senior mangement team in end-to-end management of the procurement process.
Qualifications5 - 10 years relevant experience in a complex procurement environment and a proven track record of conducting procurement activities in rail projects or projects of a similar scale / complexity.
