Opportunity to join a dynamic Public and Regulatory sub-teamExposure to a diverse and exciting range of workAmple autonomy within a supportive and collaborative teamWhat you'll do: Manage litigation and handle regulatory mattersAddress complaints made to statutory bodiesAnalyse submissions regarding complaintsDraft detailed and well-reasoned decisions in respect of those complaintsInteract with the client ensuring advice is underpinned by a sound commercial understanding of client needs and expectationsConduct preliminary investigations involving gathering and analysing evidence and preparing findingsWhat you bring: 1-4 years post qualification professional experience ideally in the areas of Public and Regulatory, Financial Regulation and/or Administrative LawQualified solicitor or barristerLitigation experience, particularly in the field of judicial reviewAbility to foster trusted relationships with clientsExcellent drafting skills and attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsWhat sets this company apart: Our client is renowned for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence.
