Purchasing Administrator Celtic Careershas partnered with a successful and growing company in West Dublin who is currently hiring an experienced Purchasing Administrator / Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide assistance and administrative support and work closely with an established Purchasing Team.
The role involves dealing with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the efficiency of the companys administrative function.
The organisation, in existence over 30 years, provides technical products to a range of industries with continued business growth.
It is essential that all candidates applying for this role have an Advanced Level of MS EXCEL.
Reporting to theProcurement Directorand working closely within a team environment, the successful candidates key responsibilities will include: Collating and compiling reports Managing third party logistics Reviewing supplier delivery dates and maintaining same on ERP system Liaising with freight forwarders Product maintenance and master price list administration Co-ordination of maintenance contracts Other duties as assigned by management Experience / Requirements At least two years experience in a similar role Advanced Excel is a requirement Able to plan and manage workload Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail and high accuracy The ability to prioritise tasks The ability to multitask Excellent interpersonal skills Capability of building strong, reliable working relationships with colleagues Our client requires candidates seeking a role in a challenging environment.
The successful candidate will have an appetite for continuous learning, will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong inter-personal skills.
Candidates must have experience dealing with multiple stakeholders as well as being technically proficient working within ERP systems in addition to having advanced experience in MS Excel.
