We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our team for a temporary position (Maternity leave replacement).
Key Responsibilities: * Budget Monitoring: Track the company's budget to ensure financial goals are met.
* Manage suppliers.
* Procurement Orders.
* Accounting: Receipt of system provider invoices, Expensing cost from suppliers, Supplier / customer adjustments.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and company management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeper or purchase role.
* English in a good level.
* Advantage - Experience with Priority ERP software is a plus but not required.
* Advantage - Experience in an international company.
