Purchasing Manager

We are recruiting for a Purchasing Manager for our clients, a Group of Hotels in Shannon, County Clare.
Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you will manage end-to-end Purchasing's Procure Wizard software and act as a focal point for other staff members in the group's hotels regarding purchasing of products and services.
You will be responsible for making recommendations and evaluating e-procurement options, along with working with stakeholders to evaluate the procurement options available, including the use of approved frameworks and identifying potential suppliers for the hotel group.
This is a full-time position, based in Shannon, County Clare.
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement software.Act as the super-user for the procurement system.Act as the administrator and manage all configurations as well as troubleshooting.Prepare and present Purchasing Documents.Project manage the procurement process.Assist with tenders.Manage supplier management arrangements with external suppliers.Prepare and present reports.Skills and Experiences: Degree holder in a related field.2+ years' experience in a similar position.Experience using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.MCIPS qualification is highly desirable.Salary is based on experience and is in the region of €45 – €50,000.
