THE ROLE: QA Engineer We're looking for… A rare opportunity to join our incredibly talented QA team and have a massive impact supporting two of the top private sale e-commerce destinations, Rue La La and Gilt. As a QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality that our 30M+ loyal members demand as we launch new, innovative features powered by Store Manager, our internal tools platform. The role is full-time onsite in our Dublin office.
What You'll Do: Influence the building of software before it's built Test all layers of the codebase with a focus on APIs, database validation, and enterprise software using a variety of testing techniques Work closely with developers and product managers within a context-driven, agile feature team Vet and determine the feasibility of new product concepts Find ways to insert quality into all aspects of the business About You: 2-5 years of experience working autonomously and as part of a team, with a proven track record of delivering quality software with efficiency Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes Strong understanding of the SDLC and CI/CD Experience with writing and executing test cases and test plans Experience with Jira (or other process/issue tracking software) Experience testing modern web apps and microservices using tools like Postman, ReadyAPI, etc. Experience with Front End Browser-based testing (Mobile App experience a plus, but not required) A collaborative spirit working with diverse stakeholders across functions such as Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, Product Management, Merchandising, and Business Intelligence Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a collaborative team environment. Experience with querying databases Expected Base Salary Range: €50,000 - €60,000
