Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the QA team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and company goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members. Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the highest product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to understand project requirements and create detailed test plans. Oversee the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough testing of new and existing features. Automation & Technical Expertise: Lead the QA automation efforts, guiding the team in selecting the appropriate tools and frameworks. Hands-on involvement in developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation scripts and frameworks, as needed. Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve QA methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as a QA Lead. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
