Qa Manager - Insurance Industry Expert

QA Manager position for a leading Insurance corporation Permanent positionONSITE (5 days per week in the office - Dublin)Salary range of 90-100,000 + 20% bonus and competitive benefits package.Must Have: Strong experience across the financial regulatory industry (insurance/reinsurance)Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.Experience managing a team of 5+ members.Responsibilities: Support and facilitate testing activities on the ICT Business Systems team.Conduct functional system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing.Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts covering Functional, UI, Workflow, Solution Integration, maintenance, and Regression testing.Manage real-time test and defect tracking using TFS, MTM, and JIRA software.Create, track, and report on KPIs and key test metrics during the course of the project.Ensure quality control, requirements traceability, and coverage.Test APIs and internal interfaces.Create and track bug tickets in JIRA and AZURE.
